Kids Classes

Friday Mornings 9:30-10:30am (click the register button to see date options)

Ages 2-5 years old. Parent-Tot Art Class. CREATE and PLAY. We will have different stations for children to choose from. There will be both planned art projects stations and open-ended creation stations. Please dress for mess! Adult stays with child for duration of class. Register for each child who will be attending.

1st Friday of the month 6:00-7:30pm

This class will combine art & science into one FUN & CREATIVE experience. This will be a 90 minute exploration in to different topics each month. Some examples are rockets, underwater, sunlight, chromatography, plants, musical instruments and more. Taught by Dr. Terry Smith-Glaser from IQ Science Assemblies $25 prepaid, $30 drop-in (cash on night of class). Ages: 6-11 years old. Younger kids may register, but parent will need to stay.

Looking for a relaxed studio space to create and connect with others your age? Come join our tween art community (ages 10-12)! Various art mediums offered to freely create including, alcohol-based markers, micron pens, pastels, mixed media collage, watercolor, acrylic paint, and more! This club will be evolving along with its members! A sketch book is recommended, and all other materials will be provided.

Wednesdays 10-11:30am

Wednesdays from 10am-11:30am. Fall term will begin September 11 and go through November 20 (art show day). This is a 11 week course covering elementary art curriculum (for kids in grades K-5th). Supply list will be provided (2 students could share most supplies). Instructor: Abigail Powers - certified K-12 Art Teacher
